Today, I want to focus on the importance of berries for healthy blood vessels. 🍓🍇

🍓Berries are not only delicious, but they also contain a powerful natural compound called anthocyanins. Research has shown that anthocyanins have numerous positive effects on the body, especially on our cardiovascular health.

🍓Anthocyanins can reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol levels, and even potentially improve cognitive health.

So, which berries are the best for us?

Who's tried the recipe from yesterday's post?

This was my version. I used almond, Brazil & cashew spread and as I didn't have maple syrup, I used 30g of honey instead which required a bit more milk to get a nice consistancy that can be rolled into balls.

If using monk fruit sweetner, it would need even more milk so add bit by bit until you get a nice consistancy.

Keep refrigerated and enjoy 1 - 2 as a snack.
